17 Months Old
N. has finally turned 17 months old. I am so proud of him and for all of his accomplishments. He has been growing into such a little toddler and boy it is amazing. I love every moment with him, well almost, I could exclude the fits but I am so glad that he chose me to be his mother and to be apart of our family.
New accomplishments:
1. He can now say agua, teta, ball, pelota, hot, more
2. He loves to listen to noises especially trains, cars, trucks, diesels, ambulances and any vehicle that makes cool sounds.
3. He talks so much and try's really hard to imitate the way we move our mouths.
4. He is now out of a throwing stage for the most part and loves to play with cars and ball and balloons.
5. He loves to make a train sound and he will do the hand motion and make the noise. It is so cute.
6. He signs the word "more" that he learned from a lady at a restaurant even though I have been teaching him signs for months now.
7. He loves to try and figure out how things work or how they are put together or pulled apart.
8. This past month was the first time we ever left him alone for more than 2 hours and he did fabulous and slept well and behaved well.
9. He loves to draw, color or do anything with a writing utensil.
10. He is such a ham because he tries to laugh about everything to get out of trouble or to just show off.
11. He loves to read books and look at pictures.
12. He loves, loves, loves animals and could watch or play with them for hours, heck for days.
13. He is in nursery and loves every minute of it.
14. He climbs everything that he can no matter if he gets stuck or hurt.
15. He actually is interested in children alot and love to play with them and is entertained by babies although he does not know what to do with it.
16. He now touches his diaper when he is wet or has the sensation or when we talk about it.
17. He loves to point at everything and have us say what stuff is and if there is a noise, he puts is hand up to his ear but more like covers his ear and gets completely quiet to hear whatever he things is going on.
It is so adorable all of the many things he does now and we are so great full and blessed to have such an amazing child in our lives. I personally learn so much about him and to enjoy the little things in life like a tree moving. You really have to appreciate our Heavenly Father for bestowing such an amazing gift in our hands to raise and to teach. I am so very happy to have my N. in our lives.
